SoulNar

Clear and Balanced.

A beautiful healing modality that brings Sound, Breathwork & Hands On Healing together. Your SoulNar session begins with breathwork, as we work on clearing your energetic and emotional fields. As I guide you through your Chakra breathwork, grounding you and settling you in for your Sound and Energy Healing. In your session, you will feel the benefits, as you shift past traumas that may have been held in the bodies energetic memory field. If let untreated, these can manifest as emotional imbalances, dis-ease or even pain within our body. As we work through the Chakras, SoulNar helps to gently shift you energetically – leaving you feeling truly relaxed, uplifted and renewed.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is not recommended for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in their first trimester of pregnancy.
