At Connected Energies, we personally purchase our treasures with intuition and love. Each piece is cleansed and charged ready to join their new home.
We have a 3 point product check, before your treasure leaves us.
1. Inspection at suppliers.
2. Inspection when cleansing & charging.
3. Inspection when we pick & pack your order.
While we take the greatest care, regretfully your items may be damaged through transit. Please contact us via connectedenergies@iinet.net.au within 48hrs of you receiving your package should you require an exchange or credit.
Store credits will be at the discretion of Connected Energies.
Jewellery
We allow exchanges or credits if you require a change in size.
We do not offer exchange or credits for change of mind.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or credited for any reason.
Crystals
Crystals and minerals are natures gift. What you may consider a ‘flaw’, is their journey. Credits or exchanges will not be available.
