We will endeavour to process your orders as quickly as we can. Where we are inundated with orders, we may be delayed in processing your order. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing in addition to the given shipping timeframes below.

Returns & Exchanges 

At Connected Energies, we personally purchase our treasures with intuition and love. Each piece is cleansed and charged ready to join their new home. 

We have a 3 point product check, before your treasure leaves us. 

1. Inspection at suppliers.

2. Inspection when cleansing & charging. 

3. Inspection when we pick & pack your order. 

While we take the greatest care, regretfully your items may be damaged through transit. Please contact us via connectedenergies@iinet.net.au within 48hrs of you receiving your package should you require an exchange or credit.

Store credits will be at the discretion of Connected Energies. 

  • Jewellery
    • We allow exchanges or credits if you require a change in size. 
    • We do not offer exchange or credits for change of mind.  
    • Earrings cannot be exchanged or credited for any reason.
  • Crystals 
    • Crystals and minerals are natures gift. What you may consider a 'flaw', is their journey. Credits or exchanges will not be available.
